Thsi is the ideal place to add your condo if it is currently occupied but the tenant will be moving out soon, or the renovation or redecoration is almost complete and you want to allowpotential tenants to view the unit, either online or in person.
The listing can be placed in the Category - Coming Soon and also have the tag 'available in the next few months' to make it obvious to potential tenants.
Listings can stay visible on the site for up to a year, however if you let us know that it is rented we can mark it as rented and/or remove it. We imagine most clients will leave it listed so they can relist it in the future. There is presently a 20% discount on renewals as an incentive! (it's a bit less effort for us, too)
